Shri S.R. Wadhwa is a renowned Tax Advocate. He was formerly the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax and Chairman, Income Tax Settlement Commission. Mr. Wadhwa has widely traveled in India and abroad and has served as Special Tax Advisor in foreign countries including Cyprus, Ethiopia, Bulgaria and Maldives for almost a decade. His writings on taxation policy have been published by leading bar associations. He is currently engaged in representation before the Advance Ruling Authority, Settlement Commission, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Mr. Wadhwa has made prestigious presentations before tax offices and tax representations of the corporate. In addition he has offered expert opinions on domestic and international tax matters and rendered advice on tax planning. He holds retainerships in a number of leading global companies.
