Ragini Handa is a Chartered Accountant who worked with KPMG and Ernst and Young in their Transfer Pricing division. She conducted transfer pricing studies and handled the assessment functions for many important clients.

She joined the firm in the year 2017 and has successfully handled cases before the Dispute Resolution Panel and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal in matters relating to international and domestic transfer pricing. She has wide experience in handling complex direct tax related matters. She is currently handing tax litigation of search cases and re-opening matters. She has excellent arguing skills and is very passionate about her professional work.

She has specialized in the Benami Law, Anti-Money Laundering Law and the Black Money Law and has also represented many cases before the CIT (Appeals) and ITAT. She has proficiency in drafting writ petitions and complicated submissions and has drafted settlement applications before the Interim Board constituted by the Government of India to handle old and pending cases
