Ms. Aayushi Gupta is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. She completed her article ship with M/s Ajay Wadhwa & Associates and post qualification joined the tax practice with the firm. She has a strong accounting background and during her article ship she conducted and led statutory audits and tax audits of different companies and enterprises and filed number of income-tax returns.

Post qualification, her focus has been on income-tax and she specializes in domestic income-tax related matters and has a number of orders by the Tribunal to her credit. Besides preparing for complex tax related matters, she regularly appears before various appellate authorities/ quasi-judicial authorities and assists Mr. Ajay Wadhwa and Mr. S.R. Wadhwa.

She has skills of drafting opinions and advisories to various corporate houses. She also specializes in tax planning and helps in resolving complex tax issues.
