Mr. Ajay Wadhwa has experience of more than 34 years in almost every facet of income tax proceedings and the accounting profession. Mr. Ajay Wadhwa has expertise in handling complicated tax related matters at various levels in the Department and appears frequently before Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and the High Court.
He specializes in matters relating to Search and Seizure, Surveys, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and FEMA.
He has considerable experience and expertise in taxation of expatriate personnel and foreign companies in India including interpretation of Double Taxation Avoidance Treaties having expertise in the areas of Consultancy to Foreign companies, Non Resident Indians and Joint Ventures including Tax Planning and Tax Management, Cross Border Taxation & Transfer Pricing.
He is a tax advisor and consultant to leading Indian and multinational companies including Non-residents. Mr. Wadhwa has delivered presentations and conducted seminars on tax related issues nationwide.

- Honorary Executive committee Member of All India Federation of tax Practitioners .
